Let's Imagine Some Dragons With TRANSFORMERS: AGE OF EXTINCTION

So apparently Michael Bay wanted to make me even more excited for Transformers: Age Of Extinction? He succeeded.

In what comes as fantastic news for everyone, Grammy Winning, American Rock band, Imagine Dragons have officially announced that they have created a brand new song for the fourth instalment in the epic Transformers series. The song entitled, 'Battle Cry' will be apart of the soundtrack for the new film and will be included in "critical points of the film." In addition to the new song, Imagine Dragons have worked closely with composer Steve Jablonsky on the score for the latest film. In Bay's prior three films, Linkin Park worked closely with Jablonsky, but it seems like Imagine Dragons have taken over the mantle. Imagine Dragons won the Grammy Award this year for best Rock Performance for the song, 'Radioactive' which topped multiple charts the world over. This is the third time the band has worked on a blockbuster film, following last year's Iron Man 3 and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

You can check out a small glimpse at the new song below:

Transformers: Age Of Extinction is set to hit theatres everywhere, June 25th.
