Today, during the Arrow panel it was revealed that season 3 of Arrow will feature some more of Felcity's background. Well according to a recent tweet from DC Comics that the one of the episodes of Season 3 is titled "Oracle" which makes many to assume we may see Barbra Gordon appear this season in some type of flashback when Felicity being at MIT. But this has yet to be confirmed.....
Of course does this bring us back to the question....will Nightwing/Dick Grayson finally appear on Arrow?!
