One of the most debated arguments amongst DC fans is should the highly successful Arrow TV Show be in the same universe as Man of Steel. On both sides of the argument has several great and terrible reasons on why it should or shouldn't be connected. For one the shows hands will be tied when it comes to aliens and super powers. The Zod invasion in Man of Steel eventually needs to be addressed. Also, The CW TV actors like Amell or Grant Gustin's Flash have to sign contracts to be Movie Actors. But one thing is agreed upon the only actor who could stand toe-to-toe with Henry Cavill's Superman and Ben Afflecks Batman is Stephen Amell's Green Arrow!
During a recent interview with Quiver Podcast the actor reveals he really wish's Arrow will crossover with Man of Steel. He also reveals that they are laying the ground work for a crossover IF Warner Bros decides to move ahead with a shared DCCU:

"Of course...I would like them to have a shared universe...We are trying to put them on a level where if Warner Brothers and DC Comics decided they wanted to them to be a part of the movie, people would buy it. I think that the characters we are creating in our universe can stand next to Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck and Gal Gadot."
