Nightwing Confirmed for 'Batman vs Superman'? Wayne Enterprises Satellite in 'Man of Steel' Explained

Today a tweet went out and kinda blew the top of thee Twitterverse. According to Daniel Alter (Producer for several WB Projects) tweet that officially confirms 'Robin' aka Nightwing will be in Batman vs Superman. He also teases the Wayne Enterprises Satellite found in Man of Steel!

Are these drones to protect Gotham while Batman is "semi-retaied" or are these drones used to find other super powered beings? If the latter it sounds like this could lead into a Justice League movie like 'Justice League: Mortal'
