Idris Elba Likes the Idea of Being John Stewart the 'Green Lantern'

Ever since Ryan Reynolds was Hal Jordan the very first Green Lantern on earth many have actually wanted John Stewart to take up the mantle in a Justice League movie. Why? Well 90% of the time the fanboys actually grew up on Stewart from the Justice League: Unlimited TV Series and say he is a better Green Lantern.

Now the number one actor most see as John  Stewart is actually Idris Elba (Thor: The Dark World) even though rapper Common was going to play him back when Justice League: Mortal was in development. Now someone sent out a tweet to Elba with a Photoshopped image of him as John Stewart and he actually likes it!

What do you guys think? Should Idris Elba take up the mantle of the Green Lantern in a future Justice League movie? Cause if so then it could be a semi-reboot and acknowledge the events of Ryan Reynolds Green Lantern but yet go off and be its own thing.

If they do a full reboot again then they would have to go back and redo Hal Jordan the first Green Lantern all over again which is unpractical.
