In a world full of plagiarism (Looking at you Shia LaBeouf) it seems to have become common practice. The guys over at Badass Digest have found some limited edition concept art for the video game Mass Effect 3. It seemingly shows that Marvel ripped off the concept art and put it in last years episode when Mike Peterson (J. August Richards) trains at S.H.I.E.L.D.
