Several months ago during Marvel's big phase III announcement a short Q&A took place with Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige In the discussion someone asked about the long dead Runaways script by Drew Pearce based on the beloved teen comic book series. In which Feige made an offhanded comment that discussions have taken place for the characters to be featured as a television show. Well, we spoke with the screenwriter Drew Pearce who also wrote Iron Man III to see if he has heard anything about these discussions. "Honestly, I wouldn't know. It's very unlikely that'd be with me or Peter Sollett, more's the pity." Many fans are still holding out that Netflix and Marvel would consider The Runaways for their 'Phase II' after Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist shows. Other characters fans would love see in the gritty Netlfix Marvel shows include Punisher, Moon Knight and even Cloak & Dagger.
