Which Heroes Will Appear in 'Captain America 3' During 'Civil War?

Today Marvel destroyed the internet by revealing that Marvel's Civil War will be coming to the big screen in some type of cinematic incarnation in Captain America 3. This comes with the announcement that Robert Downey Jr's Iron Man will co-star in the film alongside Chris Evan's Captain America. Now, Badass Digest has dropped some hints regarding both Captain America 3 and well as The Avengers 3 which will be hugely connected. First off we already heard by the end of Age of Ultron Captain America is expected to have a new team well now they have some names that will join his team (unknown if it's the West Coast Avengers or not)
"the team is Falcon, War Machine, Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch and Black Widow, as well as probably The Vision... [but] I have been told Black Widow will not be much of a presence in Cap 3."

This is interesting consider War Machine (Don Cheadle) and Vision (Paul Bettany) are so closely connected to Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr).  Something else that is unknown is whether Daredevil (Charlie Cox) and Luke Cage (Yet to-be-announced) will be apart of Steve Rogers "Underground Avengers" because they both do share large roles in the comic. Another hero that has a prominent role in the Civil War story is Hank Pym's close friend Goliath who is also one of the "Size Changing" heroes like Ant-Man, Yellow Jacket and Wasp. Of course Marvel could switch out Goliath for Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) which would make Cyborg-Thor killing Lang that much more heart breaking given Ant-Man will hit next summer as well and Lang was already dead by the time of Civil War in the comics.Or could simply have Hank Pym sacrifice himself.

There are a slew of other heroes that are in the Civil War storyline that have large roles including Thor, Spider-Man, Reed Richards & Sue Storm, Namor and The Punisher. We already know Sue Storm & Reed Richards will be off limits (via FOX) for this storyline but you could switch them out for Hank Pym (Micheal Douglas) and Janet Van Dyne who is allegedly "missing" during the events of Ant-Man. The Punisher has had numerous Easter eggs in the Marvel Cinematic Universe but has yet to be cast in a movie or Netflix show. We also have heard rumors that Speedball of the New Warriors is expected to appear on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D which kicks off the whole "Superhuman Registration Act" in the first place.

Thor however is not going to die by the time of Captain America 3 hits theaters because Chris Hemsworth still has one more solo film left in his contract. What Marvel could do however is have a way of mind-controlling Thor instead of having him die then building Cyber-Thor as seen in the comics. Which would be a simple solution. Namor will be tricky since it's unknown if Marvel has gotten him back from Universal or both company's co own the character.

Lastly, comes the Spider-Man dilemma. He is single handily one of most important characters in the Civil War storyline. As every fan knows Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield) is currently over at Sony Pictures and has a universe of his own that is in way connected to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Then came just last week's rumblings that Sony was reaching out to Marvel to some how co-own the character. With Civil War now announced....could Marvel be seriously considering a deal with Sony to bring on Spider-Man into this conflict that will change the MCU forever?!
