Today, director Neil Druckmann of the upcoming video game adaption of The Last of Us appeared at the San Deigo Comic-Con along with producer Sam Raimi (Spider-Man) to talk about the film. While they clarify that it is not written in stone they are looking at Game of Thrones star Maisie Williams to star in the film as Ellie. Maisie Williams is one of the few younf raising female action stars after playing one of the most badass characters on HBO's Game of Thrones Ayra Stark.
Druckmann goes onto reveal that the movie will follow the basic plot of the video game with minor changes.
