Today, TV Line broke the news that The CW is looking to hire Superman Returns star Brandon Routh as another Justice League member on Arrow. He has been cast as Ray Palmer most known as The Atom!
An unparalleled scientist and inventor, Ray will play an unexpected role in the lives of Oliver and (rumored love interest) Felicity as the new owner of Queen Consolidated. Palmer’s plans for Queen Consolidated’s Applied Sciences Division will be shrouded in mystery.Now while The Atom has been on several animated shows most recently Young Justice this will be his very first live-action adaption. He can simulate flight as well as get to miniature sizes. The Atom should also not be confused with Captain Atom.
