A few months back during the press junket for White House Down Total Film asked actor Channing Tatum which superhero he would love to play someday. Surprisingly he said he always loved to play Gambit from the X-Men franchise. Time to move over Taylor Kitsch.....
Now long time X-Men producer Lauren Shuler Donner has now come out to say she's always loved to do a Gambit movie!
"I'm dying to do a Gambit movie with Channing Tatum. That doesn't have to be a great big movie. It's a thief in New Orleans, it's a whole different story. He's on board, and I have to get the studio on board. How can anyone resist Channing? He's such a sweetheart."Sorry but Taylor Kitsch is still Gambit. Just give him the opportunity to appear in more then two scenes....like Ryan Reynolds!
