Several days ago Batman-on-Film posted an article with several tidbits and rumors on Zack Snyder's Batman vs Superman. Some were rumors they've been hearing while others they stated was pure speculation on their part. One of these was that Wonder Woman and the Amazons (Greeks) will be descendents of the ancient Kryptonions that landed on earth during the Era of Exploration referenced in Man of Steel. That they interbred with the Greeks and down the line became Wonder Woman and her band of Amazons...This theory has actually been around forums for months.
