According to their source another detective named "Eddie Thawne" will be apart of the Central City police department along with Barry Allen. The character is described as a "leading man handsome" (late 20s-early/mid 30s) and has recently transferred to Central City Police Department from Keystone. His name sounds a lot like Eobard Thawne better known as Professor Zoom! But that is all speculation. The site also goes onto state that Eddie Thawne is a loved detective within the police department and takes create over Barry Allen. Eddie Thawne will also have a secretive mysterious past.
Some of you might remember when Barry was talking about the death of his mother on Arrow he mentioned how he saw a blur and man within that blur. Could this have been Professor Zoom!?
