Today, Marvel had officially announced that Krysten Ritter has been cast as Jessica Jones in the upcoming Netflix series. It was also announced by showrunner Melissa Rosenberg that the show will debut in 2015 and not 2016 as many suspected!

As Jessica Jones, Krysten will bring one of the most beloved new characters of the past decade to life in a way we know will delight her longtime fans and introduce her to many more."Marvel also announced that the show will be titled A.K.A Jessica Jones like it was originally titled back when it was going to be on ABC.If Daredevil starring Charlie Cox wil debut in May 2015 it should be expected that Jessica Jones will debut sometime in Fall 2015 but that's just speculation...
