    Roberto Orci Off 'Power Rangers' Reboot Because of 'Star Trek 3' Commitments

    Today, Deadline is reporting due to his directorial commitments to the upcoming Star trek sequel. Writer and now director Roberto Orci has left the upcoming Power Rangers reboot. He will have some credit with the story though since screenwriters Ashley Miller & Zack Stentz will base their script off his story treatment.
    Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, a group of ordinary high school kids who find themselves infused with extraterrestrial powers and must harness those powers as a team to save the world.
     After the travesty that was The Amazing Spider-Man 2....it is probably for the best.No cast or director has yet signed onto this reboot.
