During an altercation between Agent Sitwell and Captain America, Sitwill reveals that Project: Insight is secretly tracking all super powered beings on earth. He rounds off a few descriptions of "Supers" like a "high school valedictorian" (People think this ment Peter Parker but that's a major stretch) than he name drops "Stephen Strange" who we all knows goes onto become Dr. Strange!
