Paramount Pictures have just released a brand new TV spot for their upcoming blockbuster, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The new spot features tons of new footage and reveals our first look at Master Splinter voiced by Tony Shalhoub. The spot runs for 31 seconds and reveals some badass new footage of Raphael as well as one of the most adrenaline pumping speeches ever. 

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles hits theatres everywhere this August.
