Another Costumed Hero Headed To 'Arrow' Season 2! 'Central City' Characters to Also Appear

While promoting Arrow at the Dallas Comic-Con star Stephen Amell reveals something pretty huge. That characters from The Flash series will appear in Arrow. Maybe the return of Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) as The Flash? Also that another costumed hero will make an appearance by the end of Season 2 of Arrow! Red Arrow anyone?!
