Today during the TCA 201 Press Tours for The CW we learned that Arrow and Gotham TV shows will not be connected. We now learn via The Hollywood Reporter that the long rumored Amazon TV Show is officially dead.
This shouldn't come a surprise given The CW has moved forward over the summer to bring us The Flash and put Amazon (Story about Wonder Woman) on the back burner. CW president Mark Pedowitz adds:
"We did not go forward with it. It all depends on the script. We were very careful with Arrow and we're being very careful with Flash,"With this being yet another failed attempt at a Wonder Woman TV Show there is still yet hope. As some of you remember Gal Gadot (Fast & Furious) has been cast as Wonder Woman in the upcoming Batman vs Superman film. This may lead the way for a feature film debut with Gal Gadot as the lead instead of a separate actress in a TV Series...
