'Law & Order' Jesse L. Martin Joins 'The Flash' Series as Detective West

Today The Hollywood Reporter announced that Law & Order alum Jesse L. Martin will join The Flash TV Series. He has been cast as Detective West a surrogate father to Barry Allen (Grant Gustin).

This confirms that Detective West and Iris West will be African American. It's unknown is Wally West will be African American also.

The Flash will Premiere on The CW
