As the show continues to get even better, another new villian emerges.
William Tockman, who is known as the Clock King is making his way to Starling City. Michael Ausiello for Entertainment Weekly has reported that a casting call has gone out and they are looking for an actor in his 40s or 50s to play the criminal mastermind who has “the mind of a chess grandmaster, and can envision all the interlocking pieces of Starling City and adjust them in favor of his crimes.”
