    Director J.A Bayona will Helm 'World War Z' Sequel


    Today The Hollywood Reporter broke news who would helm the sequel to World War Z. After Director Marc Foster left the highly successful franchise due to Brad Pitt and him having disagreements the directors chair was left wide open. Now The Impossible director Juan Antonio Bayona as signed onto the sequel!
    Bayonna was on the very short shortlist of directors a few weeks ago. He met with Pitt, who produced the movie via his Plan B banner and is also producing the sequel, before getting the gig. No writers are attached at this stage, but Bayona will oversee the writing process.
    Brad Pitt is a United Nations employee who travels the world as he and a dwindling team try to stop a zombie plague, all the while trying to communicate with his family.
