DC's 'Hourman' Taking Elements from Marvel's Fantastic Four?

About a month ago DC announced that they will be moving forward with an Hourman TV Series. Hourman being a more obscure character in the DC mythos. Now today Bleeding Cool dropped some new details about the infamous 'Miraclo' drug thats the centerpiece of the comic series. They go onto say the show is a little Dial H For Hero and 100 Bullets, even a little Fantastic Four.
The drug "Miraclo" from the comic book series, in the TV show will have a different effect on each person who takes it, summoning different powers and abilities based on their personality, enhancing existing talents or abilities tenfold, but with terrible side effects.

And a different person will get the powers each week…
With Miraclo already introduced in Arrow season 2 (Possibly explaining Brother Blood and Solomon Grundy) how do you guys like this new revelation?
