Viola Davis and Oprah Are Top Contenders for 'Amanda Waller' in 'Suicide Squad'

After news broke revealing the entire cast of DC Comics upcoming super-villain assembly movie Suicide Squad a second report landed revolving Amanda Waller. As some of your don't know Amanda Waller is sort of the Anti-Nick Fury of the DC Universe. Running A.R.G.U.S and Task Force X and send these group of villains on "Suicide" missions.

Last we heard by an unknown website was that Scandal star Kerry Washington was being eyed for the role. Well as of today the actress has signed onto a separate Warner Brothers film.Now a more reputable website like Variety has revealed the shortlist of actresses being eyed for the role of "The Wall". They include fan-favorite and How to Get Away With Murder star Viola Davis. Other names attached to the role include Octavia Spencer (Snowpiercer) as well as the top contender Oprah Winfrey (The Butler) herself.
