The guys over at Badass Digest has learned some interesting tidbits about Batman in Zack Snyder's upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. First being that Ben Affleck's Caped Cursder has been operating in Gotham for 17 years prior to Batman v Superman. The site also goes onto reveal that before Chris Terrio took over writing duties from David Goyer the death of Robin (Presumably Jason Todd) was referenced in the film. But it has now since been omitted from the screenplay all together. This would also explain why that Nightwing rumor also went away given it might have been tied to Jason Todd's death. Another revelation is that longtime Batman ally James Gordon has been long dead before the start of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. This definitely comes as a shocker to longtime Batman fans who always seen the two together on screen. Lastly, it is revealed that Batman will assume the leadership role in Justice League instead of the young Superman.
