Several weeks ago DC Comics a full slate of films that they will be releasing over the next several years through 2020. Many a nerd have begged that the creators of The Dark Knight Trilogy Chris and Jonathan Nolan would consider returning to another DC property. Well, unfortunately it's a no. While promoting their latest project Interstellar Jonathon Nolan came out and said that chapter of their life is done:
"I love those guys [at WB/DC Entertainment] and my brother was involved in ‘Man of Steel’ with Zack [Snyder] and David [Goyer]. [But] I kind of feel like that chapter for us is closed."
