Friday Night Lights star Adrianne Palicki has been added to the ever growing cast of Marvel's Agents of Shield, set to guest star as Mockingbird.
She will appear in the fifth episode of the second season and, in a move that is comic-accurate, she might not be an ally of the S.H.I.E.L.D team.

Palicki joins Kyle MacLachlan as Skye's father, Lucy Lawless as Isabelle Hartly, Reed Diamond as The Kracken, and Nick Blood as an unnamed mercenary.
Pallicki is a big comic fan, so I have no doubt she can play the role with the wit and gravitas it deserves.
Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D returns on September 23rd on ABC
