Today, Deadline announced that the screenwriter behind Prometheus as well as the upcoming Mummy reboot Jon Spaihts is in final negotiations to re-write Doctor Strange at Marvel! This comes off a recent announcement that Sinister director Scott Derrikson was hired has director. They still say Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hardy are on Marvel's wish list to take on Stephen Strange. They add that Oscar Winner Jared Leto is also being looked at for the role. Thomas Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer penned the original draft.
