While Marvel's Ant-Man is "shrunk" in development hell, get it, cause he shrinks, while that film is still searching for a director, it seems Marvel's second Phase 3 film has found a director. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Sinister director Scott Derrickson has signed on to direct the highly anticipated acid trip that is known as Doctor Strange. Now in case you don't know what Sinister is, this guy also directed the utterly-average Fox remake, The Day The Earth Stood Still starring "woah" himself, Keanu Reeves. No word on when Doctor Strange could possibly hit theatres, but now with a director, we could see the film as early as 2017. Now that we have a director, who could possibly play the Doctor? Fans have been demanding for Benedict Cumberbatch, while others believe that Transformers: Dark Of The Moon star Patrick Dempsey would be more suitable. It will be very interesting to see where this Strange film goes from here.
