It has been revealed today that the next installment in the Shrek franchise will be a sequel to the Puss in Boots spin-off film. The director of Shrek 3 and Puss in Boots Chris Miller will direct the sequel. He was confused with The Lego Movie director Chris Miller earlier in this report. It has been titled Puss in Boots 2: Nine Lives & 40 Thieves and will "re-boot" back into theaters November 2nd, 2018
