The Hollywood Reporter has announced that The Incredible Hulk actor Tim Blake Nelson has joined the upcoming Fantastic Four reboot as Harvey Elder. His character will not becoming Mole Man in this film but with lay the groundwork to become the villain in the sequels. Much like his Mr. Blue character in The Incredible Hulk was laying the ground work to become The Leader but never did.
Tim Blake Nelson goes onto confirm his involvement and praises the script via Tulsa World:
"Yes, it's pretty much closed, with me playing Harvey Elder, who becomes the Mole Man. Without going into detail, the script has as much soul as it does action, and it has a lot of action."
