Hugh Jackman Want's To Stay On as 'Woverine' Afterall!

Last year during the press tours for his solo Wolverine adventure actor Hugh Jackman revealed that he wasn't to keen on staying on as the brawling x-man. Which lead many to assume after the third Wolverine flick (Now officially announced) the role would be recast after the actor portrayed the character for well over 15 years.

Now, during the press rounds for the most recent X-Men film Days of Future Past (via IGN) the actor reveals he has had a change of heart and if the fans are willing he wants to keep portraying the character. Lets all face it Jackman looks more like Wolverine now in his mid-40s then when he was first cast back in 2000:
"At one point, you're right, I said I was pretty sure (about leaving the role). But I'm less sure as it goes along. Because after seeing this movie, the whole thing feels fresher to me than ever. And during this movie...I don't want to spoil anything, but it's kind of like a clean slate, so who knows where it's going to go. As long as I have the passion for it, and the fans will have me."
X-Men: Days of Future Past hits North America next weekend
