Deadline today announced that Deadpool, Zombieland and G.I.Joe: Retaliation writing duo Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have been hired to pen Watch Dogs feature film by Ubisoft. This movie was announced last year well before the video game ever came out. It follows a man who can hack anything and everything after his family is tragically murdered.
Unfortunately Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick's prized screenplay Deadpool has yet to grace the screens of theaters everywhere. Ubisoft have several feature films in various stages of development based of their video game property's including hits like Assassins Creed, Splinter Cell and Ghost Recon.
