A month ago several unused concept art from Thor: The Dark World which features characters straight from Planet Hulk storyline. This was a great revelation since last we heard was over a year ago from @elmayimbe of Latino-Review that Marvel was considering a Palnet Hulk then World War Hulk solo Hulk films. Now new info as appeared!
Thanks to the guys at Guard the Galaxy. Some extras are slowly coming forth on what roles they played in James Gunn Guardians of the Galaxy film. One of them is Bless Klepcharek (via Total Talent UK) who plays a Sakaraan Pilot. Sakaraan is the aliens from Planet Sakaar. This s the same planet The Avengers/Illuminati send Hulk to on accident after he is deemed to dangerous for earth. Also, the Sakaraan are known for their pink skin which is actually in some of the set photos.
Does this mean Planet Hulk is in Phase 3? Of course not. Does this mean we will see Sakaar? Nope but yet we keep getting closer and closer to that infamous World War Hulk storyline!
Lastly, as some of you noticed the weird aliens at the post-credit scene of Thor: The Dark World the servent to The Collector may also have been Sakaraan!
