'Life of Pi' Screenwriter David Magee to pen 'The Chronicles of Narnia: The Silver Chair'

Last month we got word that another The Chronicles of Narnia film was in the works! This coming after a long hault on film production due to the Lewis Estate and other party's involved. Now Variety has reported that Oscar nominated  'Life of Pi' & 'Finding Neverland' screenwriter David Magee has been tapped for the newest film The Silver Chair!
“I have always loved ‘The Chronicles of Narnia’ and I endlessly imagined myself finding my own passage into Narnia someday. All these years later, I’m getting to fulfill that wish just a little bit by writing the film adaptation of ‘The Silver Chair’ and could not be more excited about it.”
The Silver Chair follows King Caspian X as an old man with his son and only heir Prince Rilian missing. Aslan the lion sends two children from England to Narnia on a mission to resolve the mystery: Eustace Scrubb, from The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, and Jill Pole. In the frame story Eustace and Jill are students at a horrible boarding school.

No word if Will Poulter (We're the Millers) will return as Eustace Scrubb given how much he has grown since the last installment.
