Marvel Registers Trademarks for 'Black Panther' ?!

Today Comicbook.com got word that Marvel has registered some brand new trademarks of potentially upcoming movies! This is coming off a recent interview Kevin Feige had stating that Black Panther is 100% in development:
Irredeemable Ant-Man, Journey Into Mystery (Thor), Strikeforce: Morituri, Rocket Racoon, New Warriors, Guardians of the Galaxy, Black Panther, Alpha Flight, and Age of Ultron.
Now some of these are obviously for comics like Alpha Flight but they suggest with the addition of Age of Ultron (Comic series already ended) some could also be for Movies! For the longest  time Black Panther has been a hero that most fans wanted on the big screen and has been rumored for some time. Maybe this finally means something! Currently Marvel has several open Untitled Movie Dates set for 2016/2017.

Last we heard was that Chadwick Boseman was at the top of Marvels list for T'Challa after his appearance in 42. Also, with the appearance of Ultron in the second Avengers movies its entirely possible they will introduce Wakanda and Vibranium into the film.
