'Power Rangers' Reboot Release Date Announced

It has been revealed today that the upcoming Lionsgate reboot of the popular Power Rangers franchise has indeed gotten a release date. It will now join the massive 2016 lineup and premiere July 22nd, 2016. It is being developed by Star Trek scribe Roberto Orci and screenwriters Ashley Miller and Zack Stentz who also wrote X-Men: First Class
