Director Bryan Singer Developing 'Age of Heroes' Comic Book Movie

Several days ago a blog by the name of The Tracking Board announced that X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer is developing a movie adaption of the 1990s comic Age of Heroes for the big screen through his production company Bad Hat Harry.

Alex Hollister has been tapped to write the script. With Marc Berline co-producing with David Engel and Stephen Emery through Circle of Confusion.

Now while many didn't know how legitimate this information was Comicbook.com got the exclusive from the comic writer James Hudnall that confirmed Singer is indeed developing a movie based on his Image comic series:
I can confirm everything in this report. Bryan Singer's company Bad Hat Harry is developing the Age of Heroes as a film. Age of Heroes started as a comic in the 1990s at Image and was novelized last year by me. Link to book.
It's unknown if Bryan Singer will also direct this adaption or simply produce. He is currently hard at work writing X-Men: Apocalypse which he is also directing.

Age of Heroes release date is TBA
