Is 'Hawkeye' No Longer an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D in 'The Avengers: Age of Ultron'?

Today a slew of The Avengers: Age of Ultron set photos hit the web. Showcasing our very first live action look at Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch. You an view those photos over HERE. Along with new faces was a familiar one in Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye.

Last we saw Clint Barton aka Hawkeye he was in The Avengers as an evil version of himself being controlled by Loki until the third act of the film. We also know he was a prominent member of S.H.I.E.L.D with a logo on his uniform. Now in these new set photos you can clearly see he no longer has a S.H.I.E.L.D logo on his Hawkeye costume...

What could this mean? Is this from the aftermath of Captain America: The Winter Solider? Was Clint Barton fired from S.H.I.E.L.D after being brainwashed in The Avengers? Only time will tell....
