Its official! Fox and Lightstorm Entertainment have announced that Avatar 2, 3 and 4 will be shot in New Zealand. All three sequels will be shot back to back which is suppose to start in October 2014 according to Sam Worthington.
Avatar 2 will be released in December 2016 with Avatar 3 released a year after that in December. Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, and Stephen Lang are signed to return.
